Standard Pool Service Plan: The Principled Manager of Sun City Center Backyard Pools

Sun City Center residents can enjoy a healthy, blue swimming place all year with our Standard Pool Service Plan. } The bulk of the service responsibilities are taken care of by us, you just need to vacuum, net, run the pool equipment and maintain proper water level.

What We Do

We keep your pool water healthy and eliminate any algae. See our No Algae Guarantee.
We check your pool equipment.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We evaluate your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in optimum condition.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We vacuum your pool monthly.
We verify your swimming pool cleaner function.
We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

What You Do

Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when required.
Vacuum your pool, if desired, on weeks we did not.
Report any discoveries of swimming pool issues.
Net your pool surface and bottom.
Maintain adequate water level.

Additional Info

Monthly plan cost is based on a 4 week month.
There might be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.
Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.
